For Rental Turnover Cleanings, we focus on completing these services during daytime hours.   All services can be customized to fit the schedule and specific needs of your facility.

If you're looking to replace your current cleaning provider, it’s standard  practice to give a 30-day notice to the existing company, as well as a 30-day notice to the new cleaning provider. 

Depending on the size of your facility and the services required, we can often begin cleaning in less than 30 days. Request a free quote, and we'll provide a tailored solution for your facility. 

The approach depends on the management structure of your facility.

These supplies are considered client consumables, which are items used by your staff and customers during daily operations.

Most clients prefer that we handle refilling dispensers and coordinate reordering with their janitorial supplier when supplies run low.

If you don’t have a janitorial supplier, we’d be happy to help connect you with one!

We will supply all the necessary cleaning equipment required to complete the prescribed scope of work for your facility. This includes larger items such as floor machines, vacuums, carts, and their supporting parts, as well as smaller tools like spray bottles, dusters, brushes, and more.

In cases where clients prefer to use their own equipment, we are happy to accommodate such requests and will adjust the quote accordingly.

As a standard, we use a non-binding Service Agreement that outlines the terms for your facility. We believe that the quality of our service and customer experience serves as our commitment to you.

However, if your facility requires a formal 12 to 60-month contract, we are happy to accommodate that request.
